Return Instructions
Changed your mind? No problem - we're here to help! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items free of charge* within 30 days from the delivery date.
Upon receiving your order, please check if the items are in good condition and let us know immediately if there is any issue with your shipment. If your order is damaged, incomplete, or received incorrectly, please keep all packaging materials and contact us within 7 days. You can reach us by email at office@remos.at.
Return Policies:
- The items must be returned within 14 days.
- Eligible returns will be credited to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to alternative cards or other payment methods.
- If a product is returned and the order included a free gift with purchase, the gift must also be returned; otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
* Returning your order within Austria and Germany is free of charge. The return shipping costs for returns from countries other than Austria and Germany are always borne by the customer. What happens if your package is refused or undeliverable?
For packages returned to us due to the following reasons, all shipping costs will be incurred, including:
- Packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
- Packages that are returned after three failed delivery attempts or not collected at the local parcel station.
- Packages that are rejected or returned to the sender. To avoid additional costs, please double-check your addresses and ensure that the recipient is aware of the incoming package.
How long does it take to receive your refund?
After receiving your return at our warehouse, it takes 7-10 business days to process your return. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
