Nail scissors
-
Precise cut: the fingernail scissors have a very robust tip, as well as an extra sharp cutting edge, which guarantees comfortable cutting of fingernails and also toenails, that are not too thick.
-
Quality that lasts: the scissors made of hardened, chrome-plated steel have an adjustable screw, so they can be loosened or tightened at any time, ensuring a long life
-
Curved blade: the remos scissors have a curved cutting edge which is very ergonomic. Due to the shape of the blade, the remos nail scissors cut the natural curve of the nails almost by themselves
-
Pleasant to hold: the surface of the scissors is cleanly finished and all edges are neatly rounded. This makes the scissors comfortable to hold and simplifies the manicure and pedicure.
-
Length: 9.5 cm - the remos professional manicure scissors fit in every manicure set and therefore the remos everyday helper is ideal for the toiletry bag when travelling or the (hand) bag when out and about.
A must-have for every manicure
The blade of the remos nail scissors is hardened and cuts fingernails as well as toenails, that are not too thick. Due to their length of 9.5 cm they fit perfectly into every manicure set and can therefore be easily taken along on every trip. In addition, due to its practical size, it also fits in the hand very comfortably. The curved blades with sharp tips make them ideal for cutting nails. The surface of the nail scissors is matt, which makes them stand out with a special design. The scissors can be disinfected as required. We recommend alcohol with 70% from the pharmacy.
Usage
It is best to cut your fingernails after showering or bathing (then they are prepared and soft). Shorten your nails to the desired length and make sure that no corners stick out on the sides that could grow into the skin. With the tip of the scissors you can still remove deposits under the nail.
With a nail file (preferably a diamond or glass file) the nail edges can be filed wonderfully, so that they are smooth and sealed. Use a cuticle pusher to push back the protruding cuticle.
Care for the manicure scissors
To protect the tips and blades, always keep the scissors in a sheath or protective cover when not in use. A drop of oil can be added to the joints from time to time to ensure that the blades continue to open and close with ease. For more hygiene, the scissors should be cleaned and disinfected. This can be done with alcohol at 70% vol. from the pharmacy or disinfectant.
If the scissors have lost some of their tension, you can tighten the screw again slightly. Cutting toenails is possible, but should only be done if the nails are soaked and not thick. Toenail scissors or nail nippers are more suitable for this activity. Important: Always keep your scissors away from water and moisture.
