REMOS instruments for a wide range of applications

Special instruments are often needed not only for personal care, but also for household and craft projects. To be able to work cleanly and precisely at home, it's important to use high-quality instruments. Precise work is especially important when crafting or model making, for which stainless steel remos® products are always a good choice.

Tweezers for various applications

REMOS offers a wide range of tweezers with a variety of tips. Whether slanted, angled, straight, thin, or slightly thicker ends – the tips of REMOS stainless steel tweezers are always precisely matched, allowing them to grasp even the smallest objects. This means that the tweezers can be used not only for removing facial or body hair or for removing annoying splinters under the skin, but are also ideal for building models. Depending on the variant, the tweezers are available in different colors.

In addition to regular tweezers, there are also special models, such as soldering tweezers, which feature different tips and a heat-insulated handle. This allows even the smallest components to be held securely while soldering.

But no household should be without the remos® tick tweezers. Their ideal tip shape allows ticks to be removed without crushing them. These tweezers can also be used on dogs and cats.

Scissors for various applications

Scissors are also available in a wide variety of styles, so everyone can find their perfect household scissors. In addition to standard household scissors in various sizes and styles (with plastic handles, with ring-lock system), we also offer embroidery scissors, mini scissors, paper scissors, folding scissors, scissors for left-handed people, and tailor's scissors. Each of these scissors exemplifies high quality in its own way. Depending on the application, there's something for everyone.

Important:

All REMOS scissors and tweezers are made of stainless steel. This means they won't rust in the open air. However, this is not the case in high humidity or when exposed to water.

Grinding stones

Another important household tool is the whetstone. There are a variety of models available, but they all do their job excellently. These whetstones can be used to hone and sharpen knives and scissors. When using them, the surface of the stone should be moistened with oil or water (depending on the type of stone). The blade is then drawn over the grinding surface, usually in a circular motion. Water is then applied to the stone, and the grinding process continues until the knife or scissors achieve the desired sharpness. To smooth the surface of the stone again, it can be smoothed on moistened sandpaper with a grain of 80-100. Each type of whetstone is used slightly differently and requires slightly different care. These stones always come with instructions to ensure correct use.
