Do I have to create a customer account to order?

No, you don't have to. You can simply order as a guest – without registering. However, a customer account has its advantages: You can keep track of your orders, reorder more quickly, and your details are saved for future purchases.

What happens if an item is no longer available?

If an item is unavailable, we'll let you know immediately. You'll then either receive a new delivery date, suggest an alternative, or cancel the order free of charge. We'll, of course, refund any money you've already paid.

Which payment methods are accepted?

With us you can pay safely and conveniently using the following methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal
  • Instant bank transfer
  • Prepayment by bank transfer (when ordering via email)

All payments are of course encrypted and processed securely.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.90 – for deliveries within Austria as well as to Germany.
For orders over €50, we offer free shipping to both countries.
