Have you changed your mind? No problem—we're happy to help! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please check the condition of the items upon receipt of your order and notify us immediately of any problems with your shipment. If your order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 7 days. You can reach us by email at office@remos.at.
Return Policy:
• Items must be returned within 30 days.
• Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipment until it has reached us.
• We accept no liability for lost returns.
• Once the goods have arrived, the purchase price will be refunded to the account used for payment, provided the item is not damaged and shows no signs of use.
• Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be transferred to alternative cards or other payment methods.
• If a product is returned and the order included a free gift with the purchase, the gift must also be returned. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your credit.
• We ask you not to return the goods carriage forward (recipient pays postage), as we do not cover these costs.
• If the goods differ from the product description, have a material defect or a manufacturing defect, the return costs will also be refunded.

What happens if your package is rejected or cannot be delivered?
All shipping costs will apply to packages returned to us for any of the following reasons:
• Packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address.
• Parcels that were returned after three unsuccessful delivery attempts or were not picked up from the local parcel station.
• Packages that are refused or returned to the sender.
• Please check your addresses carefully to avoid additional charges and ensure the recipient is informed of the delivery.
How long does it take to receive your refund?
Once your return is received at our warehouse, processing will be completed within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
