1. How much are the shipping costs?

a. Deliveries within Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland:

Shipping costs Germany and Austria: €4.90
We offer free shipping to Germany and Austria for orders over €50.

Shipping costs Liechtenstein and Switzerland: €2.90 (Goods Post International), €18.90 (DHL)
We offer free shipping to Liechtenstein and Switzerland for orders over €100.

b. Deliveries abroad:

Shipping costs European Union: €14.90 (UPS), €7.90 (Goods Post International Premium), €36.00 (DHL Express)
We offer free shipping to EU countries for orders over €200.

Shipping costs United Kingdom: €7.90 - €55.00
We offer free shipping to the UK for orders over €150.

2. How long does delivery take and which shipping provider will deliver my order?

3. Delivery information:

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them in one package unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time will then be based on the item with the longest stated delivery time.

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 1–3 business days. For international deliveries, refer to the table above. Delivery times start after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of prepayment, after your payment instruction).
